Many times we feel so tired after
our journey and unable to walk or feel as if we were carrying the vehicle
especially after bus, train and air journey. It’s because we don’t sit
properly. Your journey depends on the way you sit. There are several ways to
sit. Mostly it depends on the seat.
Never bend your leg backwards
while sitting. It gives pressure on your legs and also creates problem in blood
circulation in long journey. That’s why you feel so tired as if you walked
throughout the journey. Stretch your legs forward as much as possible.
Secondly lean back and spread all
your body weight throughout your back. If you don’t spread your weight
throughout your back then the pressure will be on your thighs, which make you
feel tired and pain in your legs after your journey.
